- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We are unable to process claims submitted after the 48-hour window.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Orders reported after 48 hours
- Products that have been opened or consumed (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Issues related to taste preference or preparation
